* How long for shipping?
Most orders are received in one to two days if ordered by 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. Officesupplymax.com recommends having at least one back up toner for every office machine at all times. (Subject to availability in specific warehouse. Order early. Allow three business days for delivery.)

* Which cartridge does my printer use?
Refer to "step one" on the home page, the website will take you through the steps necessary to find your toner. If you are experiencing difficulties finding you toner or if it is not listed on our website, contact our office at support@officesupplymax.com or call today (800) 210-2226.

* What credit cards do you accept?
All the major ones: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

* What if the product doesn't work?
Contact our office by e-mail or phone and we will issue a replacement with a RMA (Return Authorization Label,) and replace the product for you.
